Great but…
I ordered a Sea Eagle inflatable duo kayak back in the spring of 2021. Due to pandemic supply chain issues it was estimated by Recreation Outfitters to take until mid- August for delivery. I checked in Early August on the timing and they said they expected Sea Eagle to still deliver by mid August. By mid- September we still had no kayak. I had to check back with RO again on the kayak. They offered me a full refund ( which was reasonable) but I still really wanted the boat. No ETA or follow up provided at this point. It showed up about a week later. Overall great price and service but the lack of follow up on timing was a small negative, so a four instead of five.
