We are sorry to hear that you felt your experience of purchasing one of our policies through a broker was not up to the usual high standards expected. I paid for 10 months (£2,860) for my family and made one claim for a small procedure (biopsy) for which the consultant charged £240. G&M charged me the full £250 excess and declined a further procedure to alleviate pain and irritation, as it was classified "benign". I chose to cancel the policy, only to be told that I couldn't until the annual renewal date (an additional £572). Beware cheap and nasty operators; better to use the NHS or pay for specific procedures on private health as "one off" rather than wasting money on a company which has no intention of paying out.
