Unprofessional, unreliable and no communication other than intimidating customer into paying extra costs
Absolutely horrendous company they are an absolute joke every think you try and do involves money if you wanna return your item you have to pay. If you want to cancel your order you have to pay. If you want a refund you have to pay a charge avoid this company STAY AWAY awful rude customer servive also delivered item at 4.50am 4 days later than delivery date that was provided and woke up all my young children was the wrong sofa and it was also damaged also delivery driver took photo with pictures of my children in without consent and won't remove photo when call they put phone down on me and try intimidating and bullying me to manipulate me By sending there bank details to pay and if don't pay they will take action through debt collection and a county claim and all additional costs will be added to claim against me very shady company unprofessional. I received the wrong sofa that's damaged but luckily I paid through clearpay and was refunded the 2 installalments but they won't come and collect there sofa without a huge charge on my behalf but the item is wrong and faulty.
