Terrible experience with Weldricks
Terrible experience with Weldricks, and this is the second time I have had problems with them. Their customer support is absolutely awful. I ordered heart meds for my critically ill dog and they stated they would be despatched within 3 days if I paid for 72 hour delivery. After 3 days they stated they take up to 5 working days to PROCESS the order - This is not stated anywhere on the website, or I would not have placed an order with them. . on the 6th working day they sent me an email saying their supplier had let them down and they did not have the medication but it was on order. The next day I asked them to chase this up and confirm when I should receive the drugs. I received a really rude email saying I could not jump the queue because it would not be fair on all their 'poorly pets' - I had not asked to jump the queue. After nearly 2 weeks I cancelled the order. I did not receive an apologies from Weldricks just rude emails from someone called Corrine. I then ordered the same drug from Hyperdrug for a tenth of the price, an they kept me updated every step of the way - they even called my vet to verify the prescription so as not to delay the life saving medication. The difference in the 2 companies is night and day. I would not ever deal with Weldricks again. THe lack of care for my pet shocked and upset me
