Very disappointed in the customer…
Very disappointed in the customer service. The picture I received was of my child's face only, barely showing her chin. The picture I sent was of the child to her waist. I contacted Smallwoods and was asked to resubmit the photo several times, which I did. I was told the quality of the picture was not good. It was the exact picture every time. They printed the first picture I received with no problem with quality and quality was never the issue. I quit receiving emails about the problem. Basically, if they messed up, it's not their problem. I will never order from them again.
