Appalling company. Dire customer service.
Order took weeks instead of days to arrive. When it did the item we received did not match the description on their website. They are refusing to collect or offer a refund saying the issue isn’t their problem, it’s their supplier who’s at fault. This has been going on for four weeks. Countless emails. We’ve taken photos to prove but they still refuse to accept responsibility. Next steps will be legal action. Appalling customer service. Avoid at all costs.
