My son requested a puncture and a full service. It cost £125.00 so he got a reduction to £115.00 as it was his first wage and he said he cannot afford the full price. When he received it back the bolt was missing. We have contacted them. They advised the bolt was not missing when we got it. There was other problem they say they advised my son, but due to messages disappearing I cannot prove or disprove. So I will give 3 stars. As I believe , they could have given a part refund. To be fair they have given the option to send back and repair the other at a cost, the bolt is being sent from abroad. So not happy, it better to deal in person with a company.
