Didn’t listen and used very aggressive tactics
Not a pleasant experience I explained that I am a mortgage broker and have experience of the property market but she proceeded to bulldoze through her script and not treat me as an individual. Pick your client as disturbance selling is not always right for every client! There’s a difference between matter of fact and blunt than being rude. She bordered on the latter Hard selling put me off and made me not trust her or the organisation at all One of the poorest phone experiences I’ve had and I work on the phone all day! If there was a zero star option I would have selected it
