Rental Car Mishap
Arrived in Billings, MT went to get rental car from Enterprise. Car misrepresented in booking and they had no others. Had to jump to Hertz to get bigger car. First one wouldn't hold our lugage, let alone us. Was put off about refund, and then recieved email of a decline of my refund, same thing with the insurance I bought on it. It's a scam. I will tell everyone I know to avoid Travelocity and Expedia. They are out to steel your money. I used to use Travelocit all the time, but no more. There is no accountability there. I will tell all my friends and family.
