Refusing to refund a subscription I've never used
I forgot to cancel the automatic renewal of my subscription, but never intended to renew it as I'm not using their service anymore. (Probably there was a hidden checkbox somewhere when subscribing) As soon as my credit card got charged I got in touch with the company within minutes, but they refused to refund the transaction, so ended up paying for a whole year without using the product at all...
