Labrynth is doing an excellent job in contacting me and training me. And follow up every time I had a question or I wasn't understanding something. Cristina & Karen both were GREAT!!!!
Labrynth is doing an excellent job both in training and followup. When I email Cristina Krysinski with questions she answers me immediately and helps me me to figure it out. She's great! Both Karen Noll and Cristina have trained me. My kids and I are already on chapter 4. I have a training with Karen Noll for the Payroll Accounting course. The superintendent of our school district did a walk thru while my students were training in QuickBooks. I will be purchasing QuickBooks every year. Karen & Cristina were patient with me becasue in the beginning I was emailing and calling with a lot of questions. They were patient and got me to feel so comfortable with ELab and QuickBooks. This is my first time using ELab. I love it!
