Support through a difficult sale
We engaged Talbots after a recommendation from our estate agents. The sale of an elderly relatives property was extremely difficult, due to the house deeds being lost many years ago. The senior conveyancer faced many challenges through the process, which took nearly 18 months, but she took every hurdle in her stride and got through it. I gave four stars, as there didn’t appear to be a way by which we could track progress via a portal, although they did regularly update me by phone. However, this may be due to increased cyber security reasons. Thank you all at Talbots.
