Kyle called me after I registered my interest in the reptile conservation course. He was amazingly helpful and always checked that I understood what he was explaining to me. He first talked with me and found out my reasoning for being interested and then talked through what was offered. Once confirmed it was what I was interested in we discussed reasonable payment options and then I enrolled! Pleasant and wonderful to talk to. Thank you for your time and prompt response
