I have been a customer since 2019, and this year, 2025, I have noticed that customer service is terrible, particularly from the South Africa call. centre I guess now they have grown so big they stopped caring about customers and just hide behind policies and processes and don't care how they deal with customers. Sad, really, as the app is pretty good. Also, if you do complain, they say is their policy and process; they don't care, so if you expect them to help when something goes wrong, you might be in for a frustrating experience.
