Unprofessional with ZERO care for it's patients.

I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and lack of care from any company, let alone a company who work in the care sector. I initially applied for Curaleaf in November of 2024 and now being in January of 2026 I am still no further forward than I was when I started. The "Customer Service Team" they have hired to take calls are about as professional as a team of children with no parents. They constantly cut you off by talking over you, don't listen to your questions or answers and seem to spout off random words printed out for them which they themselves do not understand. I called just now to ask about a piece of information they keep requesting from me and when I call, they tell me that they will request this information from my Doctor themselves. But the calltaker "Dan" from Newcastle I just spoke to was the most arrogant, unprofessional human being I have ever spoke to, and that's me putting it nicely. I asked him why they hadn't done what they said they were going to do, which was to reach out to the people they requested the details from me for. His response was "Well if it's taken so long, why didn't you reach out to them yourself? You're not our patient, you've only had one consultation, do it yourself". I told him I didn't like the way he was speaking to me and asked if I could speak to his manager and he refused. He told me he didn't agree that I thought he was being rude and that if I wanted to complain about him, I need to email. Which I will be doing after leaving you this review. Not that I expect it to go anywhere internally, but I'll make sure it's investigated externally. You only have to Google this companies old name "Sapphire Medical Clinics" and read the negative reviews about them and now since they've had their name changed to see that the service has gone seriously downhill. The quality-of-care Curaleaf provide is non-existent. Do yourself a favour: Find another service provider and avoid these cowboys at all costs. They don't make your medical issues any better, they've made them worse for me. I'll also be taking this much further than a review and an email complaint. Also, don't bother replying with your copy-pasted "We cannot find you as a patient" BS like you do with everyone elses review because you'll not find me as a patient as I requested you to remove my information from your system. You'll know my information when the external investigation company reaches out to you.
