Awful
Wow people aren't kidding about the awful experiences with this company. I ordered a premium box set for my wife at a cost of $95.00, what I received was a called an essentials set a $50.00 set. I emailed the company to see if i could get the correct box sent to me. After two days and three emailS to them I received a response that the item I ordered was now out of stock so they couldn't fix the order but that they would refund me. I'm pretty sure the rep who responded to my inquiry had no idea what they were talking about since they thanked me for the photos I sent ( i sent no photos) and to this day the item i ordered is still on the artists website as being available. After two days of no refunds or even anything pending I filed a complaint with paypal who imminently closed the case in my favor and refunded me. I have now also received 6 emails from this company since saying it's been a few days since we last heard from you , and that they wanted to check in to see if they can help me with anything.
