Extremely upset & disappointed
Extremely upset ! Booked a return flight for a birthday suprise, only staying 2 nights, booked on Sunday 3 days later the airline Wizz air changed the arrival airport & time making the journey impossible. I was given the opportunity to cancel which I did but I will only get the actual Wizz air money Esky will keep their share & I have lost the insurance as no offer has been had to refund that, so I lose out, I do not think this is fair. Thank you for your reply Margaret but I have had nothing from eSky despite 3 phone calls so I would hardly say your company was looking after me ! I also purchased insurance which I have now lost ! No mention of a refund, I would not use or recommend eSky again .
