A decade of hosting
I've been hosting with Heart Internet for nearly a decade. If I am honest, for a couple of years the customer service did seem to be a bit of an afterthought, but recently after having to contact them for a WordPress support issue (that really was an issue on my end) they solved it super quickly and seem to be back to an excellent standard.
