Extremely poor customer service

Still waiting for a shirt that was ordered in August. Despite several attempts at contacting the company, very limited responses in return, sent emails, completed form on website, sent a letter, no contact for over a month and still no shirt has been received. No tracking information so I have no idea where it is. EDIT: It seems as though Mystery Kits will only reply to a comment when they can see that a customer is wrong. In this instance there is still no response. Kit ordered on the 25th August and still not received, no tracking information, no communication. EDIT: 28/11/2023. I am now going down the Small Claims Court route as a matter of principal to get my money back. I've sent over 10 emails, 4 messages on facebook, 3 entries on their website and no response. EDIT: 14/12/2023 Small claims application sent off today, using the evidence on here of how poor the company is with regards to any exchanges
