Terrible Tees services, no parking available and totally incompetent
This review is for the Tees Nuffield Hospital I had a truly Terrible experience at this place when I dropped my mother off with these people for a simple cataract surgery, I then tried several times to park at this hospital but they literally had no parking spaces available and so I found I had to park up a residential side street and freeze for over 2 hours in my own car. I asked for an approx time of departure for my mother but no one knew nothing, totally incompetent and with no common sense to tell me how long this would take. Had I have known this information I would have drove home then went back hours later but no one would give me answers to how long this would procedure would take, the visiting waiting area was totally full with sick people and I did not wish to take a chance catching someone else's sickness hence the second reason for waiting it out in my freezer car, the whole experience was very bad and I would definitely not recommend using this hospital or facilties as a patient or a carer and this is a prime example that this hospital private medical care is no better than any standard NHS services that are available.
