Honest and professional
Had a really positive experience with the company (Dublin Airport branch). Didn't examine the vehicle thoroughly during pickup and though that I have scratched a car but upon returning the vehicle they have fairly pointed out that scratch was already there and did not charge me even though I had no insurance cover. Honest and professional behaviour. Extra kudos to the young lad who inspected the car upon returning.
