Awful - but better after Trustpilot review
Awful. When it works, it works. But when something goes wrong, appalling. Two months ago I topped up my number with a one year plan. Since then nothing has worked, no service at all. When I call in, it keeps you on hold for exactly 30 minutes. Not a second more, not a second less, then cuts you off. Try to log in to my account with the password I know to be correct. Account blocks for an hour. Forgot my password option, it says my date of birth is incorrect. Reset my password by email? Promises to send me instructions but then nothing. Nobody replies to the online chat. How is this company still in business? Really frustrating Updated review: July 1st Lyca replied to my review asking me to get in contact, which I did. They were extremely helpful and resolved my issue. Once complete, they asked if I could change my review. I've increased my rating from one star to two. As I explained to the agent who helped me, it shouldn't take me having to write a Trustpilot review to be able to connect with them. There's still a lot of work for them to do (like set up a customer service process that actually works). But do need to at least credit them for the work they have done since my review.
