We paid $26,000 for 9 nights and the place was dirty. We got 2 rolls of TP per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels for the kitchen, NO kitchen towels, 4 laundry pods, hotel size dish soap enough for one or two days, enough dishwasher soap for 3 loads and 6 30 gallon kitchen bags. WOW I totally had to stock the entire house during my vacation. I submitted two request for service and never heard from anyone. I think with a big houses for a big price tag the care we got was not ok. When we arrived there was a man in the house he said he was there to look at the railing, he reassured us that it was ok. Half way thru the trip 3 mental rails came flying down to 2 flights. Very dangerous... I noticed that they had been previously clued??????? The elevator was fixed twice and we finally decided not to use it at all. The beach and house, minus what I wrote, was extremely nice. Kitchen was a good size for us. RS
