House sale viewing
Although we didn’t go for the particular house we saw with Waterfords in the end, we could not fault the agent Elise Griffin. Elise was professional yet friendly; fully engaged during the viewing, provided us with a brochure including helpful info (boiler age, water meter presence, utilities etc) in addition to the standard agent information. Crucially she was also excellent in keeping in touch after the viewing without making us feel pressured. Hopefully we’ll find the right home for us soon but I wouldn’t hesitate to go through Waterfords as an agent again.
