Absolutely fantastic customer service from Soraya (SO5), could not be happier. Soraya explained the process fully and even though the call took a while due to the nature of my enquiry it was dealt with brilliantly. I have no hesitation in recommending One Call and a special shout-out to Soraya for being awesome! :)
