Tia - the best adviser from PBM
Tia was the best professional adviser from the PBM. Always when I had a query the advisers from PBM wasn't helpful for me. Now I called for the Service Charge and Ground Rent and she offered me all the information requested. I hope I will speak to her again when I have a query. She is very professional and quicker.
