Mixed experience, bad end
Did not receive kit - ordered 4th May it is now 19th December. Took my little one out of sessions on the 9th August due to multiple issues (inconsistent coaches, many cancelled sessions without refunds/without notice, changed from indoor sessions to only outdoor sessions due to issues with the building, etc) Have had emails back and forth with TT and have persistently had to chase them up as I’ve had no response for months at a time. It’s a shame as my little one started at 14 months and he was around 30 months when he finished (2 and a half) He enjoyed his sessions and particularly loved Coach Nicola who was always extremely friendly and great with the kids.
