DISSABLED PERSON SPENDS 1HR 5 MINS TRYING TO CANCEL BOOKING WITH NO SUCCESS
I'm a dissabled client. I got really ill so couldn't risk making today to the Romford branch. I called to cancel the booking so another person may have it as early as possible. I tried 3 times with no reply whatsoever after a total. Of 1hr 5mins!! I had to hang up as I felt a migraine coming with the stress alone. People with physical disabilities compounded by chronic desease donnot have a lot of energy. To have to spe d that much time in vain is cruel. Nothononline showed they had a problem. I took a screenshot of the calls made in case management gets in touch with me. I hope management looks into what exactly happened. I tried my best.
