I have ordered MANY custom prints from Smallwood and have had nothing but top-notch products and customer support. For child dedications at church, I purchase large size frames with a personal blessing typed out. I create this in Photoshop, and upload it as a jpg. The clarity of the text is perfect every time. I've also ordered several large photo prints - some were from a professional photographer, and some were scanned images of watercolor paintings I had done on 5x7 paper. Every photo and scanned image of my paintings were absolutely perfect. My most recent project were custom size frames for some signage at church. The images I created in Photoshop were 30"x44" and contained text boxes and icons. I just unboxed the frames today, and I am so impressed! This large custom project went through some additional production work by Smallwood. They caught a spelling mistake I had overlooked dozens of times, and they double checked the resolution on everything to make it perfect. I am so thankful for the customer service I received from Mae and Jennifer, and the final products are fantastic. I have nothing but the utmost praise to give for this family-run company that has better customer service and higher quality products at a significantly lower price than other large graphic printing companies.
