A Subscription Scam
A Subscription Scam Once they have your credit card they will continue to charge you without authorization. When you tell them to cancel they will stop sending you boxes you already paid for but won't refund the prepaid subscription. They claim this is all made clear to you when you first order but it is so buried in fine print that you have to click through to see it and it might as well not exist. And their customer support to try and address this is terrible - they take you in circles. Note that after my original post TokyoTreat took the time to reply even though they won't take the time to resolve my issue, and it is notable that they said: "please note that every dispute case affects the customer's subscription in the way that the remaining boxes are automatically put on a halt." Which means that they stop shipping you the boxes they already pre-charged you for without your authorization. They then refuse to refund your subscription so you are both out your money and you don't get the boxes. As I said - a scam.
