**Review Title: Scam Company with Terrible Customer Service** I urge you to steer clear of !'company'!. They not only break their customer service promises but also engage in deceitful practices to cover their mistakes. When I reached out for assistance, I was met with rudeness and disrespect over the phone. Their staff were aggressive, dishonest, and made me feel like I was the problem rather than attempting to resolve the issue they created. This company lacks professionalism, integrity, and clearly does not respect their customers. It’s absolutely disgraceful. I will be reporting them and warning as many people as I can. Spend your money elsewhere. To make it even worse, they are now refusing to issue a refund that I am clearly entitled to. Instead of helping, they treated me like an inconvenience and tried to shift all the blame onto me. This company is a complete scam — no honesty, no professionalism, no respect for customers. I will be reporting them to consumer protection and making sure as many people as possible know not to trust them!!!!!!!!!
