Disappointing
Disappointing. Rude and disrespectful admin staff. I was begging them to send my cat’s referral to another vet provider and all they did was to send some clinical history. They deliberately didn’t sent the referral because I disagreed with the price I was given at first, as they changed their mind last minute and I was given different total price . That delayed the surgery of my cat in the other place. All they were after was money!!! Extremely disappointed with this place. Don’t waist time to take your pet there, find better place where they care more for the pets instead of the money.
