Online shop is a Joke
To be fair, the in store experience is very good. But once you get to use their online shop, the nightmare begins... Took me a couple hours to get to talk to a bot, yes, you need to queue up to talk to a bot... The bot says he's busy so what can I do... Had to rearrange the delivery because "they thought your address is a business address" which took me 3 extra days to receive the wine... Then I took the wine and get to the airport and got refused tax return because they didn't provide an ABN in their tax invoice... The bot finally replied to me with another tax invoice however it was all too late... $80 tax return was gone with the wind...
