Always cold food..
The warning across their cabinet in the St Thomas street branch outside London bridge station says be careful as it may be piping hot. The food is never piping hot as it is always positively cold, not even lookwarm and they don't have a microwave. This company's sudden resurrection as some incredibly baker is bizarre as they really are just cold stodge.
