Great experience, very keen staff

Decided to sell our home using an online agent and settled on SellMyHome. The staff we spoke to were very keen and we trusted they were doing everything necessary in order to get the house sold. Unlike some other online agents they don't insist you use their preferred solicitors and don't charge you a fee for going with your own, which was a big plus for us. We did opt to pay a fee for the post-sale service but again this is optional. House was sold, got the house we wanted, it all went very well. Would use them again but don't plan on moving anytime soon!
