Thank you for your reply. I’d like to correct a few inaccuracies in your message. Contrary to your claim, we did speak twice regarding my refund request, so stating that you’ve been unable to connect with me is not true. Despite these conversations, my request for a refund—submitted after participating in the program for only two days—was denied. This was extremely disappointing, especially given the limited time I was enrolled. While the program may be designed in collaboration with UT Austin, the delivery, content quality, and lack of genuine student support fall short of expectations. Encouraging me to attend live lectures does not address the core issues I’ve raised. My review stands as an honest account of my experience, and I hope it helps others make informed decisions.
