Low rent
I would describe this organisation as “low rent”. Many of the good tutors have left. The good ones remaining are outnumbered by those whose experience is lacking. The “management” defensively hides behind inadequate, unjust processes. Essentially, Chrysalis Courses is the training arm for the NCPS. Board members sit across both organisations, and a greater gap between the two should be created for impartiality, fairness and objectivity.
