Repeated lies and customer service issues
Still ongoing issues with the case and lack of action from Minster. The repeated customer service issues/lies from staff result in £50 offers to try and get you to waive right to complain. Over 18 months since the accident and repeated lies about case progress this has still not even been to court. Case is with the Ombudsman now due to the ongoing issues
