Terrible Experience
We were recommended Talbots by Yopa for our Sale and Purchase. At the beginning the communication was good and documentation was received and was professional. This quickly disappeared. We went 4 weeks without any contact. Even though we were ringing and sending emails asking for an update. Eventually Ellen contacted us to apologise about the service that had been provided and assured us that this would not happen again. However disappointingly it did happen again 4 weeks went by with no contact from Ellen. It was only when we sent an email complaint to numerous directors at Talbots Law that we actually managed to speak to someone to resolve the issues and answer the questions about our sale and purchase that we had been trying to get answered for over 4 weeks. We did receive a gesture of goodwill payment However the whole experience was very stressful with no updates unless we contacted Talbots We definitely would not recommend them
