Customer service is a chore to work with, timeshare is an awful value
So I have been TRYING to work with them to cancel my timeshare. It has been extremely difficult to do this though. I get nothing but generic template messages. It feels like they are just dragging their feet hoping I will go away. I just need the email of a person with authority over there who is really going to address my issues and help me to cancel my timeshare. It is unbelievable that a company of this size could be so deficient in basic customer service.
