Kudos to Lifestance in Frankfort
The entire staff at Frankfort Lifestance office are excellent! Kim at the front desk always has a smile on her face and a friendly greeting. This goes a long way in helping me feel comfortable and like I am a valued patient. I have been to several therapists over the years, but Holli West and Rebecca O'Hair by far are the best! Both Holli and Rebecca are very professional, easy to talk to and genuinely care about my well being. They both have always promptly responded to messages I send over the patient portal. In addition they are very accommodating when I have had to change my in person appointment to a telehealth appointment. I have been a patient with Lifestance in Frankfort for several years and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
