Bronson was a breath of fresh air for me at Skylux.
Bronson was a breath of fresh air in my many experiences with Skylux! When I called, I wanted to ask a simple question, and of course got the usual Skylux run-around, "Have you ever called before? Who was the agent you talked to then?" Etc. I said I did NOT want to speak to anyone else, I only wanted my question answered now. So, he went to work with me, as I requested. Bronson was a 100% PRO and answered my questions, did lots of extra, unasked for investigation of routes and prices, understood exactly the limitations I expressed (NO Turkish flights because the airline always ensures you will miss your connecting flight in IST...as I have done 100% of the times I have flown with them through IST! Any idiot who has transferred international connections at IST, KNOWS VERY WELL and HAS LEARNED BY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES that you cannot make a flight connection to another TK flight in the 60-105 minutes they allow you to connect...it is impossible because of the size of the airport itself). And. he was simply EASY to talk to (It helps that he can speak 4 languages.... I speak 7), so we could communicate easily. I especially liked that he was TASK-focused, no chitchat, no unnecessary questions, quickly understanding which routings/rates I was NOT interested in. I really felt that I was in the hands of a truly lovely, professional, knowledgeable and, most importantly, HARD-WORKING male employee or agent. As a result of his expertise and willingness to work, I bought the $3000 ticket from him some minutes after I had all the clear and specific information that I had requested and needed. I wish him continued success and will check with him after doing my own research first, for future long-haul flights.
