I had a horrifying experience with Orogold—a business that flagrantly disregards consumer rights and violates the Consumer Protection Act at every turn. From the moment I stepped into their establishment, I was subjected to aggressive, predatory sales tactics that left me feeling manipulated and coerced into a decision I would come to regret. Orogold’s practices include: False Advertising: They make outrageous promises and misrepresent their products, offering claims that are not only deceptive but also entirely untrue. Deceptive Pricing Practices: Their pricing is designed to mislead, hiding the true costs and baiting customers into expensive purchases under false pretenses. Fraudulent Misrepresentation: The products I purchased were not as advertised—they were grossly misrepresented, a tactic that is both unethical and illegal under consumer protection laws. Aggressive Sales Tactics: The staff employs relentless, high-pressure sales methods that border on harassment, clearly intended to exploit vulnerable customers. As a result of these unethical practices, I suffered a significant financial loss of $21,470. Despite numerous attempts to resolve these issues directly with Orogold, my concerns were met with silence and indifference. If you value your hard-earned money and your rights as a consumer, steer clear of Orogold. Their business model is built on exploiting customers and flouting the law. I strongly urge potential customers and the relevant authorities to take immediate action against these blatant violations of the Consumer Protection Act.
