Calm efficient and reasuring staff
Leanne at the central student support office was calm and efficient. She was able to lease between me and my tutor to solve the problem which I found very helpful. All I had to do was ring the office. She was reassuring and kept in touch until the issue had been resolved. Very satisfied with the way my issue was handled.
