Refunded after waiting with no estimated delivery time
Sadly, I had to request a refund. An order of 7 items that was placed over a month ago still hadn't been delivered (despite on the website stating 2 weeks delivery - and still stating this and not having received my order). When I contacted the company I was told they were awaiting delivery from their sister company but still couldn't give me any idea of when my order will arrive as they deliver first come first serve. After another week, I requested a refund which was put through promptly. I must say their customer service for replying to emails is quite quick, just unfortunate that they couldn't give me an estimated delivery time, otherwise I would have waited.
