Mysteriously Suspended Account/No Useful Customer Support
!00% Disabled Combat Veteran whose account was mysteriously suspended 6 (or more) months ago. Tried again today to login and order some cigarettes only to see that my account is still suspended. Not having a working phone number for customer support is very frustrating for senior citizens who may wish to avail themselves of this service. Additionally, H-E-B seems fine for using Favor to deliver my groceries, yet this 68 year old cannot order cigarettes through the Favor App? Never verbally abused any of the delivery drivers. Don't understand what is going on. I do understand that this delivery service is the worst I have ever used.
