From the moment I had the preliminary interview to be given a choice which counselor to choose. It was very easy-going. Whatever it was set, it was done in a very professional and caring manner. There was immediate responsiveness, and good coverage when the counselor was not available. I would highly recommend this to anybody who is seeking support and improving their mental health.
