BEST. SHOES. EVER.
My husband, who is an avid athlete, weightlifter, MMA, etc., found this company while searching for new shoes. Since buying his first pair of shoes from BornPrimitive about a year ago these are the only shoes he will wear. He recently bought me a pair and I LOVE them! Their selection/style of shoes is simple yet they come in an array of colors to choose from. I give them a 5 star review for the comfort of the shoes and also because of their customer service. My husband ordered 2 pairs of shoes (because this is how much he loves them…) and found them to be a little snug and so he needed to exchange them. We weren’t expecting them to exchange the pair he already had worn a few times but they did. They were incredibly kind. I wouldn’t have faulted them for not exchanging the worn pair for the next size up but they did. I was pleasantly surprised to find that dealing with their customer service via email was easy. Usually I dread these kinds of things but Born Primitive set the bar for customer service! I felt it was necessary to leave a 5 star review here because I was surprised to find their review rating so low on here… what a bummer! So I hope my review brings it up a bit.
