Scheduled my airport ride 3 weeks out — worked perfectly
I travel for work constantly out of O'Hare and being able to schedule a ride 90 days in advance is a game changer. Set it up for a 4:15 AM pickup, got a confirmation, and the driver was outside at 4:13. The one-time start code feature gave me peace of mind that the right driver was confirmed before I even got in the car. Chicago winters are brutal and I was not standing outside waiting — huge win.
