0 stars should be an option. A bunch of cowboys, who clearly train their staff to be antagonistic. After taking a service charge for a property we no longer live in, even though we called to make them aware we do not grant them permission to set up a direct debit they still took the money and basically told us its not there problem to refund its the banks issue. No help what so ever from the uneducated people who work there. Today trying to speak to Sinead in the credit control team who decided we were to only talk via email at her convenience. Which is ridiculous. You've taken £1031 which does not belong to you. You purposely waited until the 28th of July to cancel the DD which you had NO AUTHORITY to set up in the first place knowing that the payment would come out 3 days later and thus it would still be taken. When called and spoken to in a normal fashion you constantly belittled and spoke to me like I was an idiot resulting in me losing my cool. You can't treat people like that, but then all the reviews for this company are shocking so if you are buying a property managed by these cowboys steer clear. My complaint has been lodged with the financial ombudsman as well so we shall see how that goes.
